Program Descriptions

 

  • Group Fitness*: Session length - around 60 minutes.This program is designed to improve muscle tone, balance, strength and aerobic endurance. Utilizing an active rest principle, your heart rate will stay elevated throughout the entire workout while spending very little time (if any) on a single piece of aerobic equipment.

 

  • Hard Core Cardio*:  Session length - around 30 minutes. Hard Core Cardio includes the use of kettlebell and dumbbell exercises targeting large muscle group movements for the upper and lower body and jogging from exercise to exercise. You will never be more tired or in better shape following the HCC program.

 

  • Sports Performance*:  Session length - around 90 minutes. Learn techniques that have helped the best athletes in the world improve their agility, quickness, speed and power.

 

  • Strength*:  Session length - 60-90 minutes. This program is a 4 to 5 day workout that will improve your strength and power. Using an adaptation of the conjugate / maximum effort method, you will make strength gains in ways you never thought possible.

 

  • Post Rehabilitation*: Session length - around 60 minutes. Utilizing functional exercises, Patients that have graduated from Arlington Physical Therapy (or any other therapy clinic) will be given the chance to keep improving their wellness in order maintain healthy and active lives.

 

  • Work Conditioning*: (Days and Times scheduled around the group's work schedule) Session length: 60-90 minutes. This program is ideal for Police Officers, Fire Fighters. The program is designed to meet and exceed the unique physical and metabolic demands of the job.

*All programs begin with 3 sessions devoted to learning and developing proper exercise / lifting / moving technique. The teaching sessions will not count toward purchased session packages - except for sports performance sessions.
